How Does The Program Work ? |
| 1. |
When an order is placed with BPGraphics the customer should request that the bulletin be enrolled in the BPGreeen recycling program. A small fee of $0.08 per square foot will be added to the order and shown separately as a recycling fee.
| 2. |
At the time the order is shipped BPGraphics also generates a prepaid UPS ground return shipper label for the package enabling the outdoor company to ship the bulletin back to BPGraphics.
| 3. |
A special label is affixed to the outside of the box that clearly identifies the contents as being a bulletin that the advertiser has paid to have recycled. This special label directs the posting company to locate an enclosed envelope with program instructions and a pre-paid UPS return shipping label to be used when the posting cycle is complete. The posting company is requested to retain this prepaid label and use its cont ents at behest of the advertiser.
| 4. |
Once the posting is complete, the posting company simply re-boxes the bulletin in the original or similar box and affixes the prepaid return UPS ground shipping label. They give the package to their UPS driver the next time the driver is at their plant and the package is returned to BPGraphics. There are no additional costs to the posting company for UPS to take this package!
| 5. |
When BPGraphics receives the bulletin to be recycled, we log it into our system and process it through our recycling program with American Recycling Industries. A Certificate of Destruction/Recycling is generated and sent electronically to the customer identifying the Order Number, Advertiser and Design of the recycled product.
| |
What happens if the posting company loses the label? |
| |
If the posting company loses the return label they can email BPGraphics with the name of the advertiser and the product along with their specific address information and we’ll generate an electronic prepaid UPS return label. We will electronically send them a new return label to use to ship the package to us – again at no additional charge to the posting company!

Can PVC Vinyl be recycled? How is it recycled? |
| |
PVC Vinyl absolutely can and is being recycled. The PVC found in flex vinyl bulletins is high quality and desirable for use in many applicaitons. Recycled PVC is used in everything from garden hoses to floor matts to window weather stripping to name just a few items. Cooley Group, our primary flex vinyl supplier, has put together a one-page letter addressing the recyclability of PVC flex vinyl. Please click HERE for that letter. |
| |
Are there any limitations to the program? |
| |
Currently BPGraphics offers this recycling program for bulletins up to 20' x 60' in size (or 1,200 square feet). Bulletins larger than that in size exceed the weight limit to be shipped via UPS Ground service. If you have bulletins or walls larger than that size that you would like to have recycled please ask your account manager for a custom quote on having the item shipped back to us via freight carrier for recycling. |
